Job Summary:
An HR professional responsible for managing HR demands, payroll, employee journey, KPIs, labor relations, as well as leadership development and event promotion.
Key Highlights:

3. Analysis of KPIs and resolution of labor-related issues
* Analyze and deliver HR department demands, meeting local requirements;
* Conduct recruitment & selection activities;
* Submit unit data for payroll processing, including attendance control, benefits, and variable payroll components (Senior System);
* Manage the employee journey, actively supporting unit production through training and assistance with inquiries;
* Remotely manage payroll information for Inloco employees;
* Perform post-processing verification and submit documentation/information for onboarding, offboarding, leave requests, and unit payroll;
* Analyze unit KPIs (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, overtime);
* Analyze and resolve labor-related issues (acting as legal representative when required);
* Promote HR events aligned with the internal marketing calendar;
* Guide and develop leaders and teams;
* Deliver training and onboarding programs.
