Support to analysts in more complex requests **Job Description:** ---------------------- An operational support professional responsible for direct customer service, performing activities including registration, commercial service, contractual changes, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints at initial and intermediate levels. Ensures correct execution of routines, supports analysts in more complex requests, and guarantees timely system updates. Plays an essential role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting departmental operations, contributing to continuity and quality of relationships.
