### **Our Expectations** * Conduct occupational safety audits and behavioral observations, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures. * Audit the distribution, maintenance, and use of collective protective equipment (CPE) and personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring proper use and employee safety. * Deliver training on Regulatory Norms (NRs) and internal programs, promoting awareness and continuous development. * Prepare incident and accident investigation reports, report indicators, and direct corrective actions. * Monitor and support activities of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), the Occupational Health and Safety Committee (CESSOMA), and safety subcommittees. * Conduct root cause analyses (8D) to define preventive and corrective actions. * Manage documentation related to occupational safety for employees and third parties. * Support labor expert assessments, interacting with technical assistants and lawyers. * Participate in the implementation and updating of processes, proposing improvements and innovations in occupational safety. ### **Who We Are Looking For** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety and ongoing undergraduate studies. * Active professional registration as an Occupational Safety Technician. * Ability to prepare texts, spreadsheets, and presentations. * Data interpretation and analysis capability (Power BI). * Strong verbal communication skills for delivering training. * Ability to act in emergency situations, providing support according to established procedures. * **Willingness to travel.** * **Valid Driver’s License Category B.** **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with occupational safety audits and training. * Knowledge of current legislation and regulatory norms. * Experience with root cause analysis and preparation of technical reports. * Proactive profile, results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal communication.
