Main Responsibilities: \- Monitor the overall operation of the condominium, identifying needs related to maintenance, cleaning, and organization. \- Supervise the work of outsourced teams (cleaning, security, gardening, maintenance), ensuring compliance with quality standards. \- Monitor the use of common areas, ensuring order, preservation, and adherence to internal rules. \- Assist residents and visitors courteously, providing information and support for daily requests. \- Record incidents, needs, and irregularities for reporting to the building manager or administration. \- Monitor access of service providers, supervising repairs, construction work, and deliveries within the condominium. \- Control materials, equipment, and consumable items, requesting replenishment when necessary. \- Check the operation of basic systems (lighting, pumps, gates, elevators – without specialized technical interventions). \- Assist in preventive security by observing potential risks and contacting responsible personnel when needed. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education. Previous experience as a superintendent or in similar roles. Organized, responsible, and good communication skills.
