The position is for Commercial Assistant, with real potential to advance to Commercial Analyst based on performance, results achieved, and professional development throughout the tenure at the company. Daily responsibilities include negotiating with affiliated drivers, transporters, and suppliers; determining optimal transportation routes; managing the portfolio of partner clients; monitoring operations from trip initiation through delivery completion; and maintaining constant coordination with Finance, Tax, and Tracking departments to ensure all stages proceed in an organized, efficient, and company-standard-compliant manner. The professional will also monitor commercial KPIs, consistently pursue optimal negotiation terms, adhere to the company’s financial guidelines, and balance cost, quality, and profitability. Responsibilities further include tracking freight releases, processing fiscal document requests, monitoring trips, managing risks in coordination with the designated risk management provider, and strengthening relationships with key clients and strategic partners. ### **Prerequisites** We seek an individual who embraces challenges, negotiates effectively, works well under pressure, solves problems intelligently, prioritizes tasks efficiently, and maintains a collaborative attitude across various company departments. Adaptability, commitment to results, and willingness to continuously learn are critical success factors for this role. Prior experience in commercial, logistics, transportation, corporate customer service, or negotiation will be considered advantageous, as will familiarity with administrative routines and proficiency in using computerized systems. ### **Benefits** The company offers a salary of R$ 2\.100,58, a co-payment health plan, a food allowance of R$ 365.00, transportation allowance or mobility assistance ranging from R$ 150.00 to R$ 250.00, plus benefits available via the VR platform—including Gympass and nutritionist support. ### **Notes** The work schedule runs Monday through Friday, plus one Saturday per month on remote standby (home office).
