UPA Norte is seeking a committed and organized **Nursing Technician** to work in the **Nursing Department**, providing support in administrative and technical routines related to reviewing and organizing medical records, monitoring processes, and assisting the multidisciplinary team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide direct care to patients with higher technical complexity, ensuring safety and quality of care; * Lead, supervise, and support the nursing team, promoting a collaborative and ethical environment; * Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate nursing activities within the unit; * Participate in hospital infection prevention and control programs; * Monitor the transport of critical patients and supervise high-complexity procedures; * Schedule medical prescriptions, perform verification checks, and record entries in the system; * Report adverse events and propose continuous improvements in care processes; * Participate in team training and development programs; * Ensure the safety and maintenance of equipment and uphold workplace quality standards. **Requirements:** * Nursing Technician qualification; * Active registration with COREN; Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
