In this trainee program, you will have the opportunity to develop practical and innovative solutions to improve maintenance processes for mining and earthmoving equipment, always prioritizing Safety and operational efficiency of equipment. Job description: Support and monitor activities in the maintenance area, including development, review, and implementation of technical plans; application and use of maintenance management systems and controls; aiming to prepare you for the target professional role and enhance your understanding of the company’s business, products/services. Provide support in planning maintenance for assets, machinery, vehicles, equipment, and tools. Participate in planning and task allocation, as well as monitoring workshop labor. Control priorities for servicing work orders and manage their closure. Provide technical guidance to teams regarding maintenance actions and other technical matters. Collaborate with the Maintenance Management team to identify best practices for fleet performance. Conduct technical evaluations regarding outsourcing needs for services. Participate in preparing and managing maintenance-related documents, productivity reports, performance indicators, and cost analyses. Report incidents and decisions to Maintenance Management, Operations, Executive Management, and involved clients. ### **Prerequisites** Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / or related fields. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). Willingness to travel or relocate.
