Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment. Diagnose complex mechanical failures and propose technical solutions. Conduct disassembly, assembly, adjustments, and alignment of mechanical assemblies. Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, pumps, and motors. Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and mechanical diagrams. Apply predictive maintenance practices where applicable. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs and LOTO). Support maintenance planning and opening/closing of work orders. Guide junior and mid-level mechanics, sharing technical knowledge. Suggest technical improvements to enhance reliability and reduce failures. Record technical interventions and maintenance reports.
