




We are looking for a Financial Assistant to work on Payables routines, providing technical and administrative support to the finance department. The professional will be responsible for document organization, information verification, maintenance of financial controls, and direct support in meeting deadlines and internal processes. They must ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance of information, contributing to the company’s financial and operational health. **Working Hours** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Responsibilities** * Record and control payables entries, ensuring correct deadlines, amounts, and classifications; * Record taxes, demonstrating basic understanding of tax obligations (ISS, INSS, IR, PIS, COFINS, among others); * Verify financial documents (bank slips, invoices, tax forms), ensuring consistency and compliance; * Maintain organized, up-to-date, and accurate Excel spreadsheets and financial controls; * Support financial relationships with Unimeds and other suppliers, acting with courtesy, clarity, and assertiveness; * Assist the department in operational routines and adherence to established deadlines; * Identify inconsistencies and support problem resolution and improvements in the financial flow; * Perform administrative support tasks for the finance area, maintaining organization and attention to detail; * Support processes of verification, classification, and financial documentation; * Contribute to the smoothness of internal processes and maintenance of record integrity. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in the finance area, preferably in Payables; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Basic knowledge of taxes and financial obligations; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Aptitude for numbers and logical reasoning; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines; * Agile, proactive, and collaborative profile. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with financial systems and verification routines; * Experience handling high volumes of information and tight deadlines. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills; * Analytical reasoning and numerical aptitude; * Collaboration and teamwork; * Flexibility and adaptability; * Commitment to deadlines, standards, and information quality.
