Provide in\-person, phone, and message support, addressing guest inquiries and requests. Carry out nightly audit procedures (transaction verification, cash register closing, and consolidation of daily reports). Monitor and control access to internal areas, ensuring confidentiality and security. Record shift incidents in the shift handover log/report. Follow up on room service, maintenance, housekeeping, and security requests, contacting the responsible departments. Perform data entry and verification of charges, rates, and payments in the system. Check no\-shows, ensure reservation accuracy, and prepare reports for the next shift. Assist guests during occasional emergencies overnight. Keep the lobby, front desk, and work materials organized. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school (technical or higher education in Tourism/Hospitality is desirable). Computer skills. Knowledge of English or another language is desirable.
