Main responsibilities: Customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms; Support to the external sales team; Preparation and submission of quotations and commercial proposals; Customer registration and updates in the system/CRM; Order, deadline, and delivery tracking; Prospecting and qualification of new customers; After-sales support and customer satisfaction follow-up; Organization of commercial documents and reports; Management of customer portfolio and negotiation follow-up. ### **Prerequisites** Strong verbal and written communication skills; Knowledge of digital sales; Aptitude for customer service; Organizational skills and proactivity; Basic computer literacy and familiarity with commercial systems/CRM; Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable. ### **Benefits** Meal allowance (VA/VR); Profit-sharing program (PLR); Unimed health plan (ward coverage) with co-payment; Birthday leave (Day-off); Profit-sharing program (PLR); Quality-of-life program. ### **Notes** On-site position.
