




Job Summary: The professional will manage sales orders, inventory, and distribution, as well as interact with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies and support logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Sales order management and inventory control 2. Support for the distribution team and route planning 3. Interaction with customers and the sales team Check sales orders in the SAP/R3 system and verify inventory shortages and unapproved orders for follow-up actions. Verify availability of freight vehicles and support the route planning team. Analyze distribution area KPIs, maintaining direct interface with distribution coordinators. Generate weekly reports on the distribution area and share them with relevant teams. Prepare the distribution route schedule. Interact with the sales team to address discrepancies in sales orders. Provide support to the distribution team regarding encountered difficulties (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, accidents, workplace incidents, etc.). Interact with customers to resolve existing discrepancies in delivery and sales processes. Lead and/or participate in weekly meetings with the distribution and sales teams.
