We seek a committed and empathetic professional with excellent communication skills to welcome patients, family members, and visitors, ensuring humanized and efficient service. Key responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients, family members, and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department; Register patients and record procedures in the system according to health insurance plans or private care; Complete forms, referral slips, and insurance authorizations; Provide in-person and telephone support, delivering clear and courteous information; Support patient flow, admissions, consultations, and examinations; Organize documents, assist medical staff, and collaborate to ensure smooth department operations; Maintain orderly work environment and deliver high-quality public service. Requirements: Completed high school (enrollment in higher education is a plus); Prior experience in hospital reception or public-facing roles; Strong communication skills, empathy, and agility; Proficiency in computer use and hospital management systems (preferred).
