**Occupation:** Construction Supervisor R$ **Salary Expectation** R$ 2\.991,88 **Number of Vacancies** 1 **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 17:00 **Education Level** Completed High School (Secondary Education) **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary Range** R$ 2\.991,88 * **Number of Vacancies** 1 * **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 17:00 * **Education Level** Completed High School (Secondary Education) * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity are accepted until **05/25/2026** ### **Job Description** Construction site supervision; Inspection of landscaping within the housing development, including lots, squares, and streets (verifying cleanliness); Inspections for releasing completed houses ready for occupancy; Preparing and updating construction, lot, and completed-house spreadsheets; Organizing construction-site cabinets; Checking physical construction project folders and storing them in construction-site cabinets; Organizing archived project folders when projects leave the construction phase and become completed houses; Submitting projects for review by VIP Company; Monitoring and responding to emails regarding questions about projects under review—both from VIP Company and from architects and associates; Verifying projects approved by VIP Company and the Project Coordinator against the condominium’s bylaws; Public-facing duties—answering questions or delivering approved projects for verification by associates and architects; Kickoff meetings for new construction projects with architects and associates; Releasing documentation required to begin construction; Creating digital project folders for projects approved, under revision, or under review—those approved by VIP Company; Tracking fees charged for project review; Tracking projects modified before, during, and after completion; ### **Prerequisites** Technical degree in Building Construction; Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Experience reading technical drawings. ### **Benefits** Co-participatory health plan; Life insurance; Meal allowance: R$ 33.60 per workday; Mobility allowance: R$ 15.00; Dental plan; Mobility allowance Applications for this opportunity are accepted until **05/25/2026** #### **About the Company** Alphaville is the national leader in horizontal developments, planned neighborhoods, and urban centers.
