Competencies required include: operation and monitoring of cutting and welding machines; adjustment of basic temperature and speed parameters according to material type; conducting resistance tests and verifying measurements; identifying visual defects in produced materials; packaging and labeling finished products; organizing the workstation and properly disposing of scraps/overruns. Responsibilities: Ensure that packaging cutting meets technical specifications; maintain the integrity of machine blades and heating elements; immediately report any mechanical failure to the supervisor; sustain continuous production flow to meet daily targets; complete daily production and loss reports. Qualifications: Elementary or High School education; manual skills and good visual perception; ability to work under performance targets; basic knowledge of occupational safety (use of PPEs). ### **Prerequisites** Completed Elementary or High School education. Availability to work in shifts. Proactive profile with focus on productivity and quality.
