Receive goods from external suppliers, distribute materials to main production, fill out control records (receiving, temperature, weight), verify all received items. Create labels, identify material packaging. Count, weigh, and label materials according to the service requested on the map/requisition, handle processed meats (skewers, medallions, rolls, etc.). Grind and tenderize meats, slice cold cuts and bacon using machinery. Receive, unload, and store materials, organizing them in the appropriate locations. Assist in loading and unloading materials onto internal and external route vehicles. Clean and sanitize used tools, clean the work area daily. It is prohibited to perform services or circulate in the ETE area. Entry into the cold room is prohibited.
