Count, weigh, and label supplies according to the requested service on the map/requisition; handle processed meats (skewers, medallions, rolls, etc.). Grind meat, pound steaks, slice cold cuts and bacon using machinery. Receive, unload, and store supplies, organizing them in the proper location. Select grains. Assist in loading and unloading supplies onto vehicles for internal and external routes. Clean and sanitize used utensils, and clean the work area daily. Entry into the cold room is prohibited.
