Competencies required: Operation and monitoring of cutting and welding machines; adjustment of basic temperature and speed parameters according to material type; conducting resistance tests and verifying measurements; identifying visual defects in produced materials; packaging and labeling finished products; workstation organization and proper disposal of scraps/overruns. Responsibilities: Ensure packaging cutting complies with technical specifications; maintain integrity of machine blades and heating elements; immediately report any mechanical failure to the supervisor; sustain continuous production flow to meet daily targets; complete daily production and loss reports. Qualifications: Elementary or High School education. Manual skills and strong visual perception. Ability to work under performance targets. Basic knowledge of occupational safety (use of PPE). ### **Prerequisites** Completed Elementary or High School education. Availability to work rotating shifts. Proactive profile focused on productivity and quality.
