




For 120 years in Brazil, the Association of the Congregation of Saint Catherine (ACSC) manages 19 institutions operating in healthcare, education, and social assistance. With over 10,500 employees across six Brazilian states, ACSC consistently fulfills its mission to welcome and care for human beings throughout all stages of life, delivering humane, sustainable, and high-quality services. * Verify product receiving records after invoice entry into the system and identify any necessary adjustments or corrections prior to storage and use; * Identify hospital supplies and medications, as required, following institutional standardized criteria; * Repackage medications when necessary, adhering to institutional standardized criteria and current legislation regarding expiration date control; * Record daily ambient and refrigerator temperature controls; * Verify items transferred between inventories; * Ensure proper storage of products, maintaining appropriate preservation conditions and prioritizing the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out); * Maintain accurate identification of all inventory items; * Keep the inventory area clean and organized, according to guidance and schedules published by leadership; * Register all inventory movement transactions—both entries and exits—in the system; * Assist in monitoring product expiration dates, per leadership instructions; * Fulfill product requests from departments and patients; * Process product returns requested by departments and patients; * Assemble, dispense, and return kits; * Serve internal customers during delivery of system-registered dispensed products; * Support internal customer service by handling telephone inquiries and assisting customers at the pharmacy service entrance; * Report non-standard consumption requests to the assistant and/or pharmacist for evaluation and potential action; * Assist the pharmacist in controlling dispensation of non-standardized medications; * Safeguard stored products and prevent losses and waste; * Perform rotational stock counts; * Conduct semi-annual inventory counts, according to the schedule published by leadership. Technical Requirements Education: Completed High School; Courses: Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate knowledge desirable); Experience: 0–2 years.
