Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Receive and verify onboarding documentation. Register employees in the system. Verify timekeeping records, both electronic and manual. Calculate overtime, tardiness, and time bank balances. Enter data required for payroll finalization. Add or remove employees from benefit programs. Manage transportation and meal/food allowances. Assist in health insurance administration. Monitor the acquisition period for vacation entitlements. Issue receipts. Assist in termination calculations. Verify documents. Schedule homologations when necessary. Clarify questions regarding payroll, benefits, and vacations. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, Training and Development Assistant, or HR Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
