Focus on excellence and customer satisfaction CEMIG CUSTOMER ATTENDANT POSITION AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL Position: Attendant – CEMIG Work Location: JUIZ DE FORA-MG Employment Type: CLT Schedule: 5x2 shift – Shift: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Salary: R$ 1.870; after 3 months increases to R$ 2.294. Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal allowance of BRL 31.34 per working day, dental plan, life insurance, attendance bonus of BRL 200, GYMPASS, and university partnership agreements. Job Description: We are seeking professionals to work as Customer Relationship Attendants at CEMIG, providing direct customer support to the company. The role involves receptive and/or in-person service, with emphasis on excellence, courtesy, and agility in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance regarding electricity services. Responsibilities: Provide customer service in person or via digital channels; Clarify inquiries regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection and reconnection, duplicate bills, and other CEMIG services; Redirect requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements: Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
