Also participates in the processes of producing, shaping, and baking various types of bread, savory items, and desserts (filled or unfilled), pies, quiches, cakes, sweet tarts, and other confections. ### **Prerequisites** Previous experience in bakeries, confectioneries, or industrial kitchens is desirable; Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; Operation of basic bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, dough mixers, etc.). Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
