




### **Job Opening: Administrative Assistant – Registration Department** **About the Position** We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to work in the Registration Department of a health insurance operator. This professional will support administrative and registration routines, ensuring the accurate inclusion, updating, and maintenance of contract and beneficiary information, in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the analysis and registration of proposals, contracts, and beneficiaries; * Perform registration-related transactions, including enrollments, suspensions, and removals; * Update and verify registration data in the system; * Support the submission and verification of information to the National Health Agency (ANS); * Provide support to companies and internal departments to clarify registration-related questions; * Organize departmental documents, contracts, and reports; * Support administrative routines within the registration department, ensuring information quality and reliability. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration or related fields currently in progress are desirable); * Basic knowledge of computer applications and administrative systems; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities; * Prior experience in administrative routines or registration-related roles is an advantage.
