




Provide operational support to all Human Resources subsystems, managing recruitment and selection processes and ensuring the execution of administrative routines within the HR area, aligned with the company's culture and objectives. * Manage recruitment and selection processes for clients and internal demands, including resume screening, competency-based interviews, test administration, scheduling of process stages, and preparation of candidate reports, ensuring hiring accuracy. * Support the implementation of HR solutions for clients by providing operational assistance and monitoring practical application (e.g., policies, performance evaluations, surveys, codes of conduct). * Prepare and organize documents, reports, forms, and spreadsheets supporting consulting deliverables, ensuring information is up-to-date and reliable. * Support the structuring and updating of job positions and salaries in collaboration with consultants, assisting in data collection, salary benchmarking, and maintenance of salary tables. * Support the organization of training and TD (Training & Development) initiatives, including logistics, materials, attendance records, and follow-up on reaction evaluation assessments. * Monitor HR process indicators and outcomes for clients (e.g., time-to-fill vacancies, turnover, performance, engagement), consolidating data for progress reports. * Serve clients and candidates by providing information and guidance regarding selection processes and other HR routines managed by the consultancy. * Support standardization and document organization for consultancy projects (SOPs, manuals, policies), ensuring clarity and consistency in deliverables. * Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, identifying maintenance needs and requesting repairs. * Support management by reporting problems and irregularities related to the area of operation. * Participate in training sessions and meetings as scheduled by the company. * Perform other related tasks as directed by management.
