Provide direct support to cashiers during customer service, resolving inquiries and incidents (e.g., returns, cancellations, price discrepancies). Manage cash flow (cash, cards, checks) and perform cash withdrawals per company procedures. Monitor activity in the cashier area to ensure security and compliance with internal procedures. Guide staff on customer service standards and conduct, aiming for service excellence. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the checkout area. Operate the cash register when necessary, serving as a model for operational procedures. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school (mandatory). Flexible availability (candidate may start as a relief or holiday worker). Prior proven experience as a Cashier Supervisor or in leadership/supervisory roles at the front-of-store (preferably in supermarkets/retail). Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset. Ability to resolve conflicts and make quick, accurate decisions. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
