Monitoring of electronic security systems **Occupation:** Doorman R$ **Salary Expectation** R$ 2\.168,00 **Number of Positions** 1 **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 19:00 **Education Level** Completed High School (Secondary Education) **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary Range** R$ 2\.168,00 * **Number of Positions** 1 * **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 19:00 * **Education Level** Completed High School (Secondary Education) * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity close on **06/05/2026** ### **Job Description** \- Control entry and exit of people and vehicles according to procedures and protocols; \- Conduct internal and external asset surveillance, identifying risks, irregularities, or unusual events, where applicable; \- Accurately and clearly record movements and incidents in systems or reports, keeping data up to date; \- Professionally assist and guide residents, visitors, and service providers, maintaining clear and courteous communication. \- Organize and control records of goods entering and leaving, ensuring compliance with protocols. \- Immediately notify supervisors of any incident, risk, or non-conformance, following security protocols and procedures; \- Monitor electronic security systems, such as cameras, alarms, and access controls; \- Safeguard assets, equipment, and facilities, ensuring their preservation and integrity; \- Properly use PPE and ensure its maintenance. ### **Prerequisites** \- Completed high school; reside in Juiz de Fora; \- Knowledge of asset security and access control; \- Procedures for entry and exit of people, vehicles, and goods; \- Knowledge of safety regulations, monitoring equipment, and PPE usage; \- Familiarity with emergency routines and procedures, evacuation, and incident response. \- Preferred: Short course in asset security, access control, or doorman services. ### **Benefits** Meal allowance, life insurance, transportation allowance. ### **Notes** 12x36 shift schedule \- 07:00 to 19:00 Applications for this opportunity close on **06/05/2026** #### **About the Company** Excellence is one of the company's core principles.
