Responsibilities include handling fresh meats, seasoning and preparing meats, preparing recipes (raw and cooked), cleaning, organizing and maintaining the kitchen and its equipment, restocking freezers, organizing inventory, and similar tasks. ### **Prerequisites** Enjoy cooking and barbecue. Possess basic knowledge of food handling, kitchen hygiene, and recipe preparation.
