Responsibilities include handling fresh meats, preparing and seasoning meats, preparing recipes (raw and cooked), cleaning, organizing and maintaining the kitchen and its equipment, restocking freezers, organizing inventory, and performing similar tasks. ### **Prerequisites** Interest in cooking and barbecue. Basic knowledge of food handling, kitchen hygiene, and recipe preparation.
