Join us and become part of a company that turns ideas into protection and care for the world. **Position: Boiler Operator** * Operate boilers and auxiliary systems, monitoring parameters such as pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel consumption, adjusting variables as necessary; * Perform frequent readings of pressure gauges, analyzing wood consumption, pressure, steam flow rate, and steam temperature, intervening whenever deviations from established standards occur; * Control water quality in boilers, adjusting chemical dosages based on instructions from the utilities supervisor, preventing corrosion and scale formation in the system; * Monitor smoke emissions from chimneys, ensuring they remain within environmental limits; * Operate pumping systems and auxiliary systems, verifying equipment operation; * Carry out fuel supply operations, ensuring high-quality steam generation; * Perform periodic inspections on boilers, ventilation systems, and pumps, detecting failures; * Conduct routine cleaning maintenance on pumps, valves, controls, and equipment, reporting to the maintenance team or utilities supervisor possible replacement of damaged parts; * Record operational data and events in shift reports, ensuring traceability of operations and supporting technical decision-making; * Report operational failures to the immediate supervisor, collaborating with the maintenance team for quick and effective corrections; * Strictly comply with safety procedures; * Collaborate with cleaning, organization, and implementation of 5S in the work area; * Ensure the preservation of company assets, identifying maintenance needs; * Support management by reporting problems and irregularities related to the work area; * Participate in training sessions and meetings as called by the company; * Perform other related activities as directed by management.
