Assist visitors and service providers in accordance with internal rules. Provide information strictly within condominium regulations. Perform vehicle maneuvering and parking organization in the garage according to established rules and instructions; ensure vehicle safety during parking, retrieval, or relocation. Identify visible vehicle damage prior to maneuvering and promptly report to the responsible party; prevent parking space obstruction and ensure smooth traffic flow in the parking area. Inspect external areas of the entrance desk as needed. Immediately report any suspicious situations, incidents, or hazards; complete the incident logbook, shift notes, and important communications. Hand over and receive shifts clearly and responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and order at the entrance desk and all areas under your responsibility. Receive and process mail and packages according to internal procedures. Manage keys, access permissions, and operational equipment at the entrance desk. Report any structural issues or irregularities to the building manager or administration. Follow emergency protocols (fire, power outage, accident, intrusion, etc.). ### **Prerequisites** Proven work experience documented in the Work Record Book (CTPS) and presentation of a valid driver’s license (CNH). ### **Benefits** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, and Pharmacy Benefit.
