This professional will be responsible for coordinating the development team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely project delivery. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide the graphic and structural development team; Develop and review technical designs of graphic products and packaging; Create and approve cutting and creasing dies, ensuring technical and production feasibility; Collaborate with creative, production, and sales departments to align requirements and solutions; Monitor testing and prototypes, validating technical and functional aspects; Control team deadlines, quality, and productivity; Maintain up-to-date project technical specifications and ensure standardization. **Requirements:** Technical or higher education in Technical Drawing, Product Design, Graphic Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields; Knowledge in graphic structure development and cutting and creasing dies; Proficiency in software such as ArtiosCAD, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Corel Draw, or similar; Experience managing small teams; Knowledge of graphic processes, materials, and finishing. **Differentiators:** Experience in cardboard or micro-corrugated packaging production; Understanding of industrial printing processes (offset, flexography, etc.); Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. **Working hours:** 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday. **Knowledge:** **Education Level:** Graduation \- Technical Drawing,Industrial Design,Product Design,Graphic Engineering \- Completed **Technical Skills:** Adobe Illustrator, ArtiosCAD, AutoCAD, Corel Draw 2511230202461825201
