Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers **Occupation:** Merchandise Stocker R$ **Salary Expectation** Not specified **Number of Openings** 1 **Working Hours** Not specified **Education Level** Completed Elementary Education (1st Level) **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary Range** Not specified * **Number of Openings** 1 * **Working Hours** Not specified * **Education Level** Completed Elementary Education (1st Level) * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity are open until **03/25/2026** ### **Job Description** Report to the workplace adhering to personal presentation guidelines, wearing the required uniform and identification badge, as well as necessary PPEs and PCPs; Respect rules prohibiting mobile phone usage during working hours, speak only when necessary, etc.; Follow instructions provided by the immediate supervisor regarding work duties; Perform restocking and display tasks, ensuring proper handling and hygiene of products to meet customer requests; Be responsible for the assigned section: receive goods, perform PVPS routines, verify quantity, quality, and expiration dates; Continuously monitor shelves, restock items promptly, and conduct regular reviews to prevent stockouts in sales areas; Take responsibility for shelf stockouts even when inventory is available in the warehouse; Record all items required for restocking—including quantities needed—and always keep boxes inside cages; Arrange products attractively for customers, following the supermarket’s mandated layout; Adjust product prices whenever necessary; Track product expiration dates (FIFO: First In, First Out) through written records—including expiration schedules—placing older stock at the front of shelves and removing items nearing expiration from sales areas; Route damaged or expired products to the designated exchange area; Fill shelf spaces with identical products and brands; if any item is missing, immediately notify the responsible person to initiate procurement. If an item is out of stock, substitute with similar products; if the item is already on order, fill only the front of the shelf with available stock; During restocking, verify that shelf price tags are present and accurate, cross-checking against the product price displayed on the inquiry terminal; if discrepancies exist, retrieve the correct price label via CISS by scanning the barcode; Assist in or perform cutting tasks for display purposes (e.g., guava paste, salted cod, ham, cheeses, etc.); Participate in merchandise inventory processes; Dispose of cardboard boxes in designated locations; if residual products remain in a box, seal it and return it to the warehouse; Assist in preparing promotional displays; Assist, when required, in receiving and storing incoming warehouse goods; Organize and clean aisles, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, removing trash and debris; Deliver outstanding service to both external and internal customers, suggesting, promoting, and supporting product sales; Attend training sessions covering internal policies, role-specific procedures, and occupational safety regulations; Pursue continuous process improvement to minimize losses and enhance productivity. ### **Prerequisites** Technical: Basic knowledge of Food Safety Regulations. Behavioral: Politeness, manual dexterity, agility, effective communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, reliability, punctuality, commitment, and accountability. Maintain positive interpersonal relationships and uphold team spirit. Training: Onboarding, Customer Service, Food Handling, Store Layout.
