Key responsibilities: Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (plumbing, basic electrical, painting, masonry, and minor repairs). Support inspection of hospital equipment and systems. Conduct periodic inspections of internal and external areas of the facility. Replace light bulbs and perform repairs on doors, windows, locks, and furniture. Accompany third-party service providers when necessary. Keep tools and materials organized. Adhere to occupational safety regulations and hospital protocols. ### **Prerequisites** Requirements: Completed high school education. Prior experience in building maintenance is a plus. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and minor repairs. Organized, responsible, and proactive.
