Learn more about this job opportunity, submit your resume, and apply online to contribute to a responsible and innovative company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop new production processes for the painting line and/or rough assembly line of cabs in Juiz de Fora. * Perform chronoanalysis of production processes; * Evaluate impacts on production processes when product modifications occur; * Prepare and update process plans; * Manage suppliers; * Procure equipment and production means; * Resolve issues related to compliance with NR\-12; * Liaise with other plants (including those outside Brazil) for benchmarking and developing solutions for the production process. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY CRITERIA:** **** * **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree * **FIELD OF STUDY:** Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * **LANGUAGE:** Intermediate English. **Required Experience:** * Academic experience or participation in projects related to industrial processes; * Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Experience managing customers and/or suppliers. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of process analysis and improvement methods, including Process FMEA and PFMEA; * Knowledge of line balancing and *takt time* definition; * Basic knowledge of documentation and preparation of process plans; * Basic knowledge of Industry 4\.0: IoT, parameter monitoring, and simulation; * Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Process Simulate. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced English; * Experience in the automotive industry. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical thinking * Organization and discipline * Proactivity * Clear and assertive communication * Teamwork * Results orientation * Continuous improvement mindset **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Charter bus service; On-site cafeteria; UNIMED health insurance; Life insurance; Private pension plan; Profit-sharing and performance bonus; Discount agreements with educational institutions; Automobile purchase discount; Meal allowance.
