Laboratório Carlos Chagas is an established company widely recognized for the quality of its services and its close relationship with its teams. We seek a professional to work as a generalist in the Human Resources area, focusing on organizing, structuring, and strengthening internal processes. For this opportunity, you must have: Technical or undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Experience in generalist HR routines; Experience in recruitment and selection, onboarding, and interfacing with Accounting/Finance departments; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Key responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection processes; support onboarding and integration activities; interface with Accounting and Finance departments; monitor organizational climate initiatives (surveys and action plans); coordinate commemorative dates and internal initiatives; conduct periodic visits to business units to align with leadership. Salary: R$ 3\.000,00 (CLT) Benefits: Meal allowance R$ 210; Health insurance; SESI Club partnership; Dental plan; Transportation allowance.
