Prior experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training and follow standardized franchise procedures. Responsibilities include: customer service; eyebrow design; eyelash services and hair removal (after training); customer approach and conversion; sales of services and products; workplace organization and hygiene. Earnings plus performance bonuses: R$ 2,000.00 to R$ 2,500.00 ### **Prerequisites** Strong communication skills and friendliness; commercial mindset and sales aptitude; commitment and responsibility; flexible availability (shopping mall schedule); eagerness to learn and grow professionally ### **Benefits** Transportation allowance; iFood food card; Benefits: R$ 100.00 ### **Notes** We perform the following procedures: Eyebrow design (threading and tweezing); full-body hair removal; eyelash extensions; brow lamination; lash lifting; facial cleansing. Training Duration: 5 days (mandatory before starting); instruction on all techniques according to franchise standards; online assessment at the end (quiz) administered by the São Paulo franchise; immediate placement at the unit upon passing.
