Performs preparation of doughs, fillings, toppings, and product finishing, as well as assisting in inventory control and food preservation. Main responsibilities: Prepare doughs, breads, cakes, sweets, and confections; Produce fillings, toppings, and decorations; Bake and finish bakery and confectionery products; Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization; Monitor ingredient expiration dates and storage conditions; Follow quality and food hygiene standards; Assist in inventory control and shopping list management; Develop new products and recipes when required. ### **Prerequisites** Completed elementary or high school education; Experience in bakery and/or confectionery; Knowledge of food handling; Organization, agility, and attention to detail; Commitment and responsibility; Good teamwork skills; Flexible working hours are a plus. Preferred qualifications: Bakery or confectionery training course; Experience in artisanal production; FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND HALF-DAY ON SATURDAY.
