Responsibilities: Support social media management, including publishing relevant content; Assist in creating and editing basic campaign materials and designs; Support copywriting for various channels, aligned with brand identity; Support engagement and interaction activities on social media; Assist in persona development and campaign targeting; Monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, performance); Support consumer behavior and customer journey research; Prepare reports and update departmental management tools. ### **Prerequisites** Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related fields (completed or in progress). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the field and knowledge of design (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other audio/video tools). Strong writing skills, analytical and creative mindset.
