Willingness to work in a team and learn. **Job Summary** Perform check\-ins and check\-outs, ensuring data accuracy and courteous service; welcome and assist hotel guests and event attendees with warmth, attentiveness, and proactivity; manage guest registrations and account postings, ensuring accurate maintenance and timely updates of information; execute billing, issue invoices, and close accounts according to established standards; provide general guidance, answer questions, and resolve requests promptly and empathetically; operate front desk systems and controls responsibly and efficiently; support other hotel departments as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery and prioritizing guest experience. **Prerequisites:** Completed high school education (college enrollment or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields preferred); prior experience in customer service; intermediate English proficiency for conversation; proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite and typing; strong verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor; ability to interact effectively with people and serve the public; capacity to collaborate in a team with cooperation and empathy; flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays; positive attitude, proactivity, and eagerness to learn. **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * High school diploma (Mandatory) Experience: * Customer service (Mandatory)
