Main Responsibilities: Clean and organize the construction site; Assist in sorting and organizing materials and tools; Help maintain the workplace, keeping areas clear and safe; Support operational teams in simple tasks, as instructed; Collect waste and keep the site clean, contributing to job-site safety. ### **Prerequisites** Prerequisites: Elementary education (completed or in progress); Willingness to perform support and organizational tasks; Attention, responsibility, and commitment; Ability to follow instructions and maintain an organized routine; Medical report confirming PCD status (mandatory). ### **Benefits** Compensation and Benefits: Salary: R$ 1\.658,00 \+ Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Food Basket \+ Meal Ticket: R$ 152,00 \+ Monthly Bonus: R$ 100,00\. ### **Additional Notes** Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break – 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM); Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break – 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM) Applications for this opportunity are open until **04/05/2026** #### **About the Company** Kaizen was founded through the integration of a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in its field of operation and a strong focus on human development.
