Cleaning and Organization • Keep the bar counter, pantry, and work area consistently clean • Sanitize utensils, glasses, stemware, and equipment • Organize shelves, refrigerators, and beverage stock Customer Service Support • Deliver prepared beverages to the bar counter for waitstaff to collect and serve at tables. • Collect used glasses and dishes from tables as needed • Transport collected dishes to the dishwasher and retrieve them once sanitized and ready for reuse. • Assist in tray setup for waitstaff Kitchen Support • Retrieve prepared dishes from the kitchen and deliver them to the dining area • Help organize the pass-through area (the space between kitchen and dining area) Dishwashing • Wash glasses, stemware, plates, and cutlery • Dry and store all items properly Inventory Control and Replenishment • Check stock levels of basic items (glasses, napkins, ice, etc.) • Restock freezers daily. • Notify supervisors when supplies are running low • Replenish materials during bar operations • Monitor potential losses. Other Responsibilities • Follow hygiene and safety regulations • Collaborate with waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen staff • Act with agility and organization during peak hours ### **Prerequisites** Proactivity, willingness to learn, and proficiency in the role. ### **Benefits** On-site meal \+ Gympass \+ commission ### **Notes** Must reside near São Pedro neighborhood (Upper City). Work schedule: Wednesday through Sunday.
