Also participates in the process of preparing, shaping, and baking various types of bread, savory snacks, and desserts (filled or unfilled), pies, quiches, cakes, sweet pies, and other confections. ### **Prerequisites** Prior experience in bakeries, confectioneries, or industrial kitchens is desirable; basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; ability to operate simple bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, mixers, etc.). Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
