Job Description We are seeking an intern to join our People Department team, supporting administrative and operational activities related to employee management. Key responsibilities: - Organizing and archiving physical and digital documentation - Supporting electronic timekeeping system management and monitoring - Assisting with benefits administration (e.g., transportation allowance, meal vouchers, etc.) - Posting job openings on platforms and social media - Screening resumes - Contacting candidates to schedule interviews - Updating spreadsheets and internal records - Supporting hiring processes (e.g., document verification and ASO follow-up) - Providing support and answering basic inquiries from employees - Assisting with internal initiatives, organizational communication, and other departmental activities Prerequisites - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technical program in Administration or HR Management. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Organized, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
