Our Occupational Medicine team is expanding—see more details about this position below. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, job-change, and termination exams) in compliance with the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO); * Maintain eSocial; * Accreditation and oversight of partner clinics and laboratories, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and current legislation; * Monitor and update occupational health management spreadsheets and systems, including entry and verification of data related to medical certificates, physical exams, absences, and Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs); * Support the organization of health campaigns and preventive initiatives, such as SIPAT, vaccination programs, and health promotion activities; * Manage and archive medical records, respecting confidentiality and privacy regulations; * Communicate with the occupational physician, providing timely and organized information to support clinical and organizational decisions; * Assist in managing employee absences and return-to-work processes, collaborating with HR and the Internal Occupational Health and Safety Service (SESMT); * Maintain departmental health indicators, contributing to managerial analysis and decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in the field and valid certification as an OCCUPATIONAL NURSING TECHNICIAN; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Proactive profile, strong communication skills, willingness to collaborate, and good interpersonal relationships; * Familiarity with RM and SGG systems is a plus. **Additional Information** #### **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM #### **We Offer:** * Results-Based Participation Program (PPR); * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Flexible Benefits; * Life Insurance; * VERO Social Support Program (PAS); * One paid day off during your birth month; * Corporate University; * Totalpass (Discounts at Gyms/Sports Facilities); * PCD Child Allowance; * Employee Internet Plan; This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCDs).
