




Provide basic technical support to clients, assisting with inquiries and performing simple remote system configurations to ensure proper functionality. Assist in conducting tests on systems developed by the company and monitor the progress of new releases. Help manage support tickets through the Zendesk system, following up on requests until resolution. Assist in preparing performance indicator reports, focusing on continuous improvement of customer service. Perform internal system configurations according to client needs, always emphasizing efficiency and customization.
