We have an opening for an Operational Assistant with a driver's license. Responsibilities: \> 24-hour assistance (mechanical breakdowns, electrical issues, locksmith services, tire replacement, towing, windshield replacement, quotation analysis and procurement, documentation organization for system entries, etc.) \> Claims handling (collisions with partial or total damage, thefts, loaner vehicles, quotation analysis and procurement, documentation organization for system entries, etc.) \> Vehicle tracking (installation/removal of tracking devices, platform registration and monitoring, new acquisitions, etc.) ### **Prerequisites** High school diploma, basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and email), driver's license preferred! Experience with insurance companies is a plus. Availability for occasional support outside standard working hours is required; such work will be compensated as overtime. ### **Benefits** Competitive salary \+ Meal allowance (VA) \+ Transportation allowance (VT) ### **Notes** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1 hour and 20 minutes for lunch).
