




**Main Responsibilities** * User support for: * Corporate email * Microsoft 365 / Office Suite * Printers and peripherals * Daily-use applications * Resolution of low- and medium-complexity incidents * Remote access to workstations * Basic network configurations (IP, DNS, Gateway) * Creation, modification, and password reset of users in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory * Registration, tracking, and updating of tickets in the system * Escalation to Level 2 when necessary * Support for simple deployments and field activities, as requested * Assembly and basic maintenance of computers **Expected Profile** * Strong communication skills and ease in customer service * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Willingness to learn and grow in the IT field * Ability to work in a team and follow established processes Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 – R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver’s license?
