At e\-Auditoria, we are looking for a **Junior Infrastructure Analyst** to provide support and maintenance for our IT environment, ensuring the proper functioning of systems and the security of internal information. **Responsibilities:** * Handle internal level 1 and 2 support tickets (hardware, software, network, access, and emails); * Install, configure, and maintain notebooks, desktops, printers, and peripherals; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Execute user creation and management routines (AD, email, VPN, and internal systems); * Monitor network devices, links, corporate Wi\-Fi, and VPN connections; * Support backup, restore, antivirus, and security control procedures; * Assist in monitoring servers and cloud services (OCI/AWS); * Record logs, evidence, and document incidents, requests, and changes; * Conduct IT asset inventory, licenses, and equipment; * Support routine updates, organization, and physical IT environment maintenance; * Assist in configuring switches, firewalls, VLANs, and basic network rules; * Contribute to simple automations (scripts and standardized routines); * Support internal infrastructure projects, performance improvements, and security enhancements. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or higher education in Information Technology (in progress or completed); * Knowledge of networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN; * Installation and maintenance of Windows and Office suite; * Understanding of Active Directory and access controls; * Basic hardware maintenance (formatting, assembly, component replacement); * Basic knowledge of cloud environments (any provider). **Desirable:** * Previous experience in technical support or infrastructure; * Knowledge of Linux; * Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell or Bash); * Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Pandora, etc.).
