**Occupation:** IT Technical Support R$ **Salary Expectation** Not informed **Number of vacancies** 1 **Working Hours** From 08:30 to 17:30 **Education Level** Completed High School (2nd Degree) **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary Range** Not informed * **Number of vacancies** 1 * **Working Hours** From 08:30 to 17:30 * **Education Level** Completed High School (2nd Degree) * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity are open until **20/11/2025** ### **Job Description** '- Handle internal level 1 and 2 support tickets (hardware, software, network, access, emails). - Install, configure and maintain notebooks, desktops, printers and peripherals. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. - Execute user creation and management routines (AD, email, VPN and internal systems). - Monitor network devices, links, corporate Wi-Fi and VPN connections. - Support backup, restore, antivirus and security control routines. - Assist in monitoring servers and cloud services (OCI/AWS). - Record logs, evidence and document incidents, requests and changes. - Conduct IT asset inventory, licenses and equipment. - Support routines for updating, organizing and maintaining the physical IT environment. - Assist in configuring switches, firewalls, VLANs and simple network rules. - Contribute to simple automations (scripts, standardized routines). - Support internal infrastructure projects, performance improvements and security. ### **Prerequisites** Mandatory Requirements - Technical or higher education in technology (in progress) - Good communication and professional attitude when supporting users. - Knowledge of networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN. - Installation and maintenance of Windows and Office suite. - Understanding of Active Directory and access controls. - Basic hardware maintenance (formatting, assembly, component replacement). - Basic knowledge of cloud environments (any provider).
