Weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes and technical sheets. Shape, cut, and mold products before fermentation and baking. Monitor oven and fermentation chamber time and temperature. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, utensils, and equipment. Ensure product quality and standardization. Monitor raw material inventory and request replenishment when necessary. Comply with hygiene, safety, and good food handling practices. ### **Prerequisites** Completed elementary education. Previous experience in baking or pastry. Knowledge of fermentation and baking techniques.
